Dr Phillip Mayhead

MB BS, MRCP, MSc

Dr Mayhead is a Consultant Gastroenterologist with a specialist interest in endoscopy, particularly endoscopic procedures relating to the treatment of jaundice and gallstone disease and advanced colonoscopy and the removal of polyps.

Dr Mayhead has been a Consultant Gastroenterologist at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust since 2009 and is also the teaching leader for Endoscopy Services he is interested in the management of Inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome along with pancreatic disorders and the management of both upper and lower gastrointestinal symptoms.

The clinic is situated on the corner of Little Common Road and Peartree Lane, directly on the Little Common roundabout opposite the pelican crossing. There is two hour restricted parking on the nearby roads.
